Liminal Psychotherapy

“You either walk inside your story and own it or you stand outside your story and hustle for your worthiness.”

–Brene Brown

Getting Started

The financial part of paying for therapy can be daunting or intimidating and you may find yourself assuming that you can’t afford it. If you have insurance, call the customer service number on the back of the card and inquire about your in-network and out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits. You may have some options.

It is your responsibility as the client, to be aware of co-payment, deductibles, and any changes to your insurance at the time of services. Please make sure to check (frequently) what’s going on with your insurance to avoid any changes in your policy. If you wish to use your insurance, it is the responsibility of each client to contact their insurance provider to understand what reimbursement options are available.

Insurances I'm contracted with include:
-Premera
-Regence
-BCBS
-Lifewise
-First Choice
-Kaiser PPO (HMO considered out-of-network)
-PacificSource Voyager

For those who have a different provider and have out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit for reimbursement.

If using insurance is not something that appeals to you, private pay is an option we can explore together.

I have very limited sliding-scale spots available, but please speak with me if this is needed.

Regardless of what option you choose, I encourage you to talk with me about what option would work best for you.
